- Kinetix Muscle Therapy has a strict 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. If proper notice is not given, the client will be responsible for paying the entire cost of the missed session. If a client misses their scheduled appointment time and fails to contact us, they will be responsible for paying the full cost of the missed service and will be required to prepay for their next appointment. This amount will be charged to the card on file.
- Please contact me if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. For the protection of other clients and myself, clients are not allowed to attend their appointments when sick.
- If you are late to your session, I will do my best to address your needs within your remaining scheduled time. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and charged the cancellation fee.
- Clients will be required to have a debit/credit card to schedule an appointment. If you schedule online, you will be contacted shortly to obtain credit card information. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment time, or cancel without proper notice, your credit card on file will be charged in accordance to our cancellation policy.
- As a professional licensed therapist, I am dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for my clients. My work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination and full payment of the session.
- New Clients: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a health intake form and to discuss expectations and areas of focus with your Massage Therapist.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. (Please review my normal business hours and availability before purchasing. Gift certificates will not be refunded due to conflict in schedules.)
- Kinetix Muscle Therapy accepts Cash, Credit/Debit Cards and checks as payment. (Please note: If paying in cash, please bring exact amount, as there is not always change in office).
